Our carpet cleaning method

For the majority of carpets our preferred method of cleaning is hot water extraction. Shaw Industries, one of the world’s largest carpet manufacturers, recommend that carpets are professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months using the hot water extraction method (www.shawfloors.com). However, not all carpets can be wet cleaned (e.g. jute, sisal and sea grass) and so we also use a low moisture cleaning process. You can read about our cleaning methods here.

All of our cleaning processes and the products we use are generally safe for pets, babies, allergy suffers and safe for the environment and after careful consideration we will use only the most appropriate cleaning method and product for the given situation.
